Terms of Service
Welcome to Real Estate Co-Pilots, a provider of virtual assistance services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”).
Please review this agreement carefully before proceeding.
Service Terms
1 Payment: All services provided by Real Estate Co-Pilots must be paid in full according to the terms outlined in your invoice.
2 Cancellation and Notice: A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for service cancellation. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis after an initial 3-month term, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
3 Discounts and Term Agreements: Clients who choose to pay for services in advance may be eligible for discounts. Term agreements, if signed, will specify the duration and terms of the service commitment.
No Poaching Agreement
For a period of two years following the termination of services, clients agree not to directly employ or engage the virtual assistants provided by Real Estate Co-Pilots for any purpose without prior written consent.
Privacy and Data Usage
Real Estate Co-Pilots is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Termination
Real Estate Co-Pilots reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of the TOS, or misconduct. Clients are also free to terminate services following the provided notice period.
No Fault Disclaimer
Real Estate Co-Pilots provides services based on your instructions. We do not accept liability for any consequences or damages resulting from actions taken at your direction.
Modifications to TOS
Real Estate Co-Pilots may update or modify the TOS at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Washington state.
